The Transfer Certificate (TC) module provides a fully digital workflow for student withdrawals, allowing parents to initiate and monitor the process directly through the school app. To begin, an authorized parent selects the relevant student profile and taps Create New Request, providing a reason for withdrawal and any required feedback; however, the system only allows a new request if no prior active applications are currently in progress. Once submitted, the status can be tracked in real-time via a Request Card, which updates as the file moves through administrative clearances—progressing from Pending to Approved once all “No-Dues” requirements are met, or shifting to Reconsider if the school administration requires further discussion. This centralized system ensures total transparency for the family while streamlining the final documentation and clearance steps for school staff.
